What You'll Do
As a Lawn Care Technician, youβll be responsible for maintaining lush, healthy lawns and providing top-notch customer service. Your daily tasks will include:
β Applying fertilizers, weed control, and pest treatments following industry best practices.
β Operating lawn care equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
β Assessing lawns for disease, pests, or other concerns and recommending solutions.
β Educating customers on best lawn care practices and answering their questions.
β Keeping accurate records of services performed.

What We're Looking For

πΉ Our best technicians have never worked in this field before. They typically come from other industries and looking to spend time outside or get their weekends back. Some of our best technicians come from the restaurant industry.
πΉ Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
πΉ You may be an outlier, but most people that have industry experience are a cancer and we will get rid of you faster than your last baby momma.

Position: Aeration Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas
Job Type: Seasonal (with potential for year-round), Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) + potential performance bonuses

What You'll Do
π±Operate mechanical core aeration equipment on residential and commercial lawns
π±Load, unload, and safely transport aeration equipment to various job sites
π±Follow assigned daily routes using company scheduling tools
π±Accurately document services performed at each property
π±Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
π±Communicate courteously with clients when on-site
π±Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
π±Assist with seasonal lawn care services as needed (e.g., seeding, fertilization)
What We Are Looking For:
