What You'll Do
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining lush, healthy lawns and providing top-notch customer service. Your daily tasks will include:
✅ Applying fertilizers, weed control, and pest treatments following industry best practices.
✅ Operating lawn care equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
✅ Assessing lawns for disease, pests, or other concerns and recommending solutions.
✅ Educating customers on best lawn care practices and answering their questions.
✅ Keeping accurate records of services performed.
✅ Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment by following all safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
🔹 Passionate about lawn care and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
🔹 Our best technicians have never worked in this field before. They typically come from other industries and looking to spend time outside or get their weekends back. Some of our best technicians come from the restaurant industry.
🔹 Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
🔹 You may be an outlier, but most people that have industry experience are a cancer and we will get rid of you faster than your last baby momma.
🔹 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
🔹 Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

What You'll Do
As a Christmas Light Technician, you’ll play a vital role in making the holidays brighter for our customers. Your responsibilities include:
🎄 Installing Christmas lights and decorations on homes, businesses, and landscape features.
🎄 Climbing ladders and safely working on rooftops, trees, and other elevated surfaces.
🎄 Ensuring precise light placement and symmetrical designs for a professional look.
🎄 Troubleshooting and repairing lighting issues as needed.
🎄 Safely handling electrical connections and securing decorations properly.
🎄 Taking down and storing lights after the holiday season.
🎄 Providing friendly and professional service to customers.
What We're Looking For
✨ If you are not comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and rooftops - DON'T EVEN APPLY!
✨ Previous experience in electrical work, construction, or outdoor installations (preferred but not required).
✨ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold weather conditions.
✨ Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
✨ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
✨ Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
