Aeration is a perfect entry point. You stay active, get trained by great people, and actually see the results of your work every day.
As an Aeration Technician, you’ll:
Operate professional core aeration equipment
Travel to residential and commercial properties
Mark sprinkler heads and avoid obstacles
Provide seasonal lawn care treatments (aeration, seeding, etc.)
Complete digital service reports using our mobile app
Represent the Blue Duck brand with professionalism and pride
What We Are Looking For:
A strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus (but not required)
