Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and seeing the results of your hard work? As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be hands-on, providing expert care to ensure our customers' lawns are lush, healthy, and beautiful. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing lawn care services such as applying fertilization, weed control, aerations and overseeding.
Using and maintaining lawn care equipment, ensuring safe operation at all times.
Assessing lawn conditions to recommend and apply appropriate treatments.
Delivering exceptional service to each customer, making sure they’re thrilled with the results.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
Enjoyment of outdoor physical work in various weather conditions.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate.

RT1 - Completed Training
Has an RT license.
Little to no field experience.
Reports to the Area Manager.
One full season of experience.
Completed 4 CCH hours.
May choose specialization path.
Has more field experience.
Reports to the Area Manager.
RT2 assists in training new RT1s.
Turf, Pest & Tree/Shrub Specialists
Two seasons as an RT.
Specialists must have licenses for roles 3b, 7a, 3a.
They need to maintain CCH requirements.
Minimum 3 seasons as an RT.
Supervises up to 10 Technicians.
Reports to the Chemical Operations Manager.
Holds specialist license,
Minimum 2 seasons as Area Manager.
Oversees chemical operations.
Reports to the General Manager.
Holds specialist license.
Requires a minimum of 2 seasons as an Operations Manager.
The Branch General Manager and Owner,
Holds all 3 specialist licenses.
