Position: Customer Service Representative (Customer Service Rockstar)
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (In-Person) | We are located in Park 100
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonuses
What You’ll Do
💬 Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
📅 Schedule appointments and manage service requests for Lawn Care, Pest Control, and Christmas Light Installations.
🤝 Assist customers with billing, service changes, and general support.
🌟 Handle customer concerns with patience and problem-solving skills to ensure a 5-star experience.
💡 Educate customers on our services and provide helpful recommendations.
📝 Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent communication skills – you love talking to people and making their day better!
✅ Customer-first mindset – you’re patient, friendly, and solution-oriented.
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
