Scheduling lawn care appointments and coordinating service visits.
Handling customer feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Keeping accurate records of interactions and updating customer accounts as needed.
A friendly, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
