We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our customer support team. As a CSR, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.

Your responsibilities include:

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.

Scheduling lawn care appointments and coordinating service visits.

Handling customer feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Keeping accurate records of interactions and updating customer accounts as needed.
